Our expertise has been in machine tool spares for a number of years, whether this be maintenance and repair work on existing components or manufacture from the ground up We have extensive experience in the manufacture of components for Heidelburg printing press machines and Asquith Butler Universal Heads.

As existing manufacturers for several medical suppliers, we understand the needs of the customer. With 5 axis capabilities our portfolio covers bone plates, joints and many more, components can be manufactured with full traceability and inspection reports.

Our engineers have extensive experience when machining components for the oil and gas industry. The materials to machine can sometimes be difficult, the castings can be awkward to provide work holding for, and the features required along with the tolerancing are niche to the oil and gas industry. Understanding the requirements for these products allows us to provide adequate engineering which saves both cost and the energy required to machine components effectively.

We are fully equipped with the capabilities to provide competitive cycle times for components produced for the automotive industry. Utilising bar feed lathes with full CAD/CAM programmable live tool stations we can utilise technology to produce complex components in one hit. We are also equipped for 5 axis machining of components.

Our engineers can help with the design and manufacture of work holding, jigs and fixtures. We use our integrated CAD/CAM system to produce 3D working assemblies of parts and manufacture them here on site.
