After some serious consideration we decided to replace two aging machines on the shop floor with two machines from DN solutions.
1 x LYNX 2100
1 x LYNX 2100LSYB
Both machines have been a great purchase with the LSYB having driven tooling, Y axis and sub spindle, which allow us to produce parts with greater efficiency and accuracy.
So far we have found the DN Solution machines to be very accurate and repeatable. The Milling capabilities on the LSYB with the part transfer to the sub spindle allows us to complete some components in one hit keeping the timing between features within a very reasonable tolerance.
